Claire was very quick to establish what we needed to do to get a more focused approach to the business. With Claire’s help we established team objectives and key measures. We introduced a weekly team meeting to review performance and identify areas for improvement.
As a result we have increased the capacity and performance of our staff which has enabled myself and the Sales Director to spend 2 extra days a week making sales calls. Sales have increased by 30% and we are able to exceed our monthly target.
