competency based interview coaching

I’m an interview coach who will work with you to develop your competency based nterview skills and techniques to build your interview confidence. I specialise in delivering competency-based interview coaching and have a comprehensive understanding of how competency-based interviews work. I’ will help you prepare for your interview using the competency framework of your organisation to develop robust interview answers.

Many people find it hard to identify their strengths and match them to the competency framework. My role is to help you do that – to enable you to demonstrate your competencies effectively in your interview. I provide a safe, non-judgemental environment to achieve this, and guarantee 100% confidentiality.

I provide virtual coaching on Zoom or Skype. When the time is right I will be looking forward to meeting up with clients in locations convenient for them e.g. Belfast, Lisburn, or here in Co. Down.
